The concept of Gray & Scanlan was driven by founder and Managing Director, Kim Gray. 

 

Kim recognised a crucial gap in the athlete services market having had first-hand experience on both sides of the athlete welfare fence through her experience as Team Manager of a professional rugby team and Client Welfare Manager and founding member of an international athlete management company.   

 

She has globally and locally relocated around 30 elite and professional athletes, management, and coaches (and their families!) so has developed established processes, a vast and trusted network of relevant suppliers and contacts, and has an empathetic and well-rounded knowledge of what is involved in athlete relocation. 

 

Kim combines flawless coordination and multitasking with a thorough understanding of sports relocation and the potential flow on effects it can have on a team and performance – her passion for athlete welfare and client satisfaction drives her determination and assurance that every client’s move is a success and establishment in their new city is as smooth as possible.
